I have found fitness to be an important tool in keeping myself balanced as a working mom. Life brings with it a lot of anxiety and I often find it hard to find my energy. Ups and downs have ranged committed and almost addicted to fitness, to doing absolutely nothing. I have a Peloton and enjoy good rides and workouts.
